• Conduct vehicle inspections and provide detailed and accurate service recommendations
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and technology to identify and resolve issues
• Collaborate with the Service Advisor to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded
• Adhere to safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized work area
